1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the website [yes6.in] ("Website"), owned and operated by YES6 ("Brand", "We", "Us", or "Our"), you ("User", "Customer", or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws in India. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Website.

2. Eligibility to Use

Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc., are not eligible to use the Website. 3. Strict Hygiene & No-Return Policy

Nature of Product: The User acknowledges that YES6 sells innerwear (trunks), which falls under the category of intimate garments.
Hygiene Exemption: In compliance with Consumer Protection guidelines and standard hygiene protocols, all sales are final. We strictly do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind," incorrect size selection by the customer, or subjective dissatisfaction.
Exception for Damage: Refunds or replacements are strictly limited to items that are either damaged during shipping or possess a manufacturing defect. The user must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with mandatory visual proof (unboxing video/photographs). The product must be completely unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Our decision on whether a product is defective shall be final and binding.

4. Product Display and Sizing Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors, design, and dimensions of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your electronic device's screen. We do not guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.
Size charts are provided strictly as a guide. It is the User's sole responsibility to check the size chart before ordering. YES6 shall not be held legally liable for any sizing mismatches.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST), unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
We utilize third-party payment gateways to process transactions. We are not liable for any payment failures, banking frauds, or unauthorized transactions happening through these third-party portals.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

YES6, its directors, employees, or agents shall never be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or body/skin allergies resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the exact amount paid by the Customer for the specific product giving rise to the dispute.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, brand name "YES6", button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of YES6 and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized replication, hotlinking, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and will face criminal/civil prosecution.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YES6 and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

9. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Tirupur District], India, to the exclusion of all other courts.
