YES6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Zero delays. Zero hidden fees. Built for speed.
1. Processing Time
We do not sit on orders. All YES6 3-packs and 6-packs are picked, packed, and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ship the next business day.
- Processing excludes Sundays and national holidays.
Note: Order processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
2. Shipping Costs
We keep pricing structural and transparent. All orders are prepaid — we do not offer Cash on Delivery.
- Orders above ₹999: FREE standard shipping Pan-India.
- Orders below ₹999, within Tamil Nadu: Flat ₹40 shipping fee.
- Orders below ₹999, outside Tamil Nadu (Rest of India): Flat ₹80 shipping fee.
3. Delivery Timelines
Transit times depend on your location. We partner with top-tier carriers to ensure rapid delivery across India.

4. Payments
We currently accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, wallets, Shop Pay). We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
5. Tracking & Serviceability
- Tracking: The moment your order is handed to the courier, you will receive an AWB tracking link via SMS and Email.
- Pincode Check: Not all zones are serviceable. Please use the Pincode checker on our product page before checkout. If an order is placed for an unserviceable area, it will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours.
6. Failed Deliveries
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery a maximum of three times. If you are unavailable, unreachable, or have provided an incomplete address, the package will be returned to our facility. Orders will be automatically refunded to the original payment method, minus a ₹100 reverse-shipping penalty. Ensure your delivery details are strictly accurate.
